Whistleblowing Channel

Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021, of December 9, establishes the National Anti-Corruption Mechanism (MENAC) and sets forth the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC), approved in the annex to the aforementioned decree. It requires private companies, public companies, and services within the direct and indirect administration of the State, with 50 or more employees, to implement risk prevention plans, codes of conduct, internal reporting channels, and training programs suitable for the prevention of corruption and related offenses.

This channel should only be used to report potential violations:

– As provided for in Law No. 93/2021, of December 20;

– Committed by employees or managers of Orfama-Organização Fabril de Malhas S.A.;

– That result from “information obtained in the context of the whistleblower’s professional activity,” i.e., exclusively within a professional context or through professional contact with Orfama-Organização Fabril de Malhas S.A.;

The following individuals are considered whistleblowers for this channel, as per the terms set forth in Law No. 93/2021:

– Employees and managers of Orfama-Organização Fabril de Malhas S.A.;

– Service providers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers of Orfama-Organização Fabril de Malhas S.A. (or any individuals acting under their supervision or direction);

– Interns of Orfama-Organização Fabril de Malhas S.A.;

– Individuals who obtained information within the scope of a professional relationship that has since ended with Orfama-Organização Fabril de Malhas S.A., during the recruitment process, or in the pre-contractual negotiation phase of a professional relationship, whether established or not with Orfama-Organização Fabril de Malhas S.A.
